We will not replace or refund any package that is marked "Delivered" according to the USPS tracking site. If your package is marked delivered and does not show up, it is an issue with your local post office and it is not the responsibility of Tree of Holistic Health to replace or refund your products.
We cannot guarantee how you will respond to CBD. We are unable to return or exchange products if they don't give you the desired results. However, if you are not satisfied with your order, we would assist you to find something else at a discounted rate. Our policy lasts 20 days.
